Easy Accurate helps a service business turn project questions, measurements, material choices, labor assumptions, and member-set rates into a useful estimate range. It gives customers a faster starting point and gives contractors better information before the first call or site visit. The system is built for real trade workflows rather than a one-size-fits-all calculator with the company logo pasted on top.

Each supported estimator can ask questions that matter to the selected industry. A painting estimate may use room dimensions, surface condition, preparation level, and paint grade. A roofing estimate may consider roof area, pitch, material, tear-off, access, and disposal. A cleaning estimate may use property size, service type, condition, frequency, and add-ons. The business controls its own rates and decides which services can be estimated online.

What the estimator collects

• Customer name and contact information.
• Service type, project scope, location, and requested timing.
• Trade-specific quantities, selections, conditions, and optional photos.
• Labor, material, minimum-charge, or unit-price logic set by the member.
• An estimated range, assumptions, exclusions, and recommended next step.

A completed estimate can become a better-qualified lead, support a site-visit conversation, and provide the starting data for a proposal. Compatible setups may also connect a booking request or deposit step.

Estimate ranges are not final contracts

An online calculator cannot see every condition behind a wall, under a roof, inside a panel, beneath a floor, or around a difficult access point. Estimates should clearly state their assumptions and validity period. Final pricing may change after verification of measurements, site conditions, code requirements, permits, material availability, customer selections, hidden damage, or scope changes. The contractor—not the software—approves the final proposal and contract.

Built for the website you choose

Use a compatible estimator on an Easy Accurate trade website or connect it to an established WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or custom site when the selected integration supports that platform. The objective is to improve the company’s own lead path. Visitors should not be redirected into a shared bidding marketplace after doing the work of entering their project.

Current Pro scope

Easy Accurate Pro is $15 per month and currently includes one trade estimator template, manual rate controls, lead capture, an estimate range, and a basic compatible booking or deposit connection, along with the member’s eligible trade website or theme path. Advanced AI usage, provider charges, calibrated measurement reports, messaging, custom estimator logic, and special integrations may cost extra.

Testing or staged release: expanded AI advisors, photo analysis, Mobile Office connections, printer workflows, and additional trade templates. Image-derived dimensions should never be represented as calibrated measurements unless the required provider, reference scale, verification process, and accuracy controls are actually in place.
